Example of AI Applications
- A company wanted to use AI-powered text generation for its own marketing. Can copyrighted material be used as input for the AI, and can the output based on that material be used? This depends on the specific use case and the generated output. In general, the output—like any new trademark—must be checked for prior rights through an identity and similarity search, as such rights could preclude protection.
